The location was great and quiet, but we found the villa damp, cold and not very clean when we arrived. It would have been better to have been greeted by the host. The main bedroom heater/AC was broken and all the rooms were very cold overnight. She brought us 2 new portable heaters the next day which we really appreciated. Even though we sent pictures of the rusted broken BBQ and broken lamp, they were not replaced. There was a dampness problem and the windows in two of the bedrooms leaked during hard rain but not repaired. It was necessary to run the two dehumidifiers constantly to prevent mold. We were not told this and one bedroom grew black mold on the walls and in the closets as well as on my clothes! When we complained she sent someone to come and bleach the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the yard and pool was well maintained. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold. Overall the villa is tired and needs some updating and repair. Four of us stayed one month

Alojamiento según fotografías, el personal de Rental valley amable. Lo único q la cafetera no corresponde con el inventario de la casa es de una marca desconocida y no hay cápsulas compatibles. Hemos estado 6 personas y hemos estado muy bien, bien comunicado y sobretodo muy tranquilo. La casa es muy espaciosa. La cocina tiene de todo. En general muy recomendable.

A nossa estadia foi fantástica. A casa estava limpa e é muito confortável, para além de ser muito aconchegante na decoração e muito bem equipada. A localização é ótima, muito próxima da praia e do centro. A comunicação com a nossa host foi excelente, ela prestou todas as informações que necessitavamos e foi muito simpática e prestável durante toda a estadia.

The house was very private and beautiful! So close to albuferia town with tons of different foods everywhere! Was nice to not be right in the mix but only 2 minutes away from it! The pool was so amazing to have in the back yard and the house was so clean! 10/10 stay!

Great value for money, private and quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes from supermarkets, restaurants etc. Well decorated, beautiful garden with outdoor lights. Well-equipped kitchen with everything a group could need. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Wonderful swimming pool, good size for lengths in the morning and a shallow end suitable for kids. Well kept grass and clean sun beds. Great communication.

The place was very nice and privet, the pool and outdoor areas were really nice. The resort around the property looks abandoned, and the restaurant and small store do not appear like they have been open in quite some time. But there is plenty of other options in the area.

Casa muito simpática, com um bom jardim e com uma piscina, que embora pequena, é suficiente para bricarmos. Atendimento rápido em todos as questões e/ou problemas que identificámos. É pena que a limpeza não esteja minimamente ao nível da casa (cabelos em vários locais, frigorifico sujo, maquina de café muito suja, paredes com os mosquitos mortos de outros clientes, etc.) e que o material de cozinha seja nitidamente uma mistura de items que os clientes têm vindo a deixar na casa (valia a pena investir um pouco neste tema e a casa pasaria a 5 estrelas).

Casa Bonita
Beautiful garden and pool area. Very relaxing and lovely to eat outdoors. Villa well stocked with most essentials. The interior of the villa could do with an overhaul - squashed insects on the walls and a general smell of damp everywhere. The showers did not drain well so maybe need unblocking. The tv did not work despite the host spending an hour on the phone to the satellite company. Limited air conditioning. Some of the furniture could do with updating - looks very tired. Also better directions to the villa would help plus exact address - 84 Dr Roberto Roquette as it was difficult to find. Overall a nice villa and we enjoyed our stay but definitely needs some attention on the interior - decorating and sorting out the damp!
