The space

This spacious & colourful apartment is well-positioned with fantastic views over the communal pool, marina, and harbour. The boat cruises are practically on the doorstep, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the coastline. Nearby you can walk along the cliff-top paths and find hidden coves and fabulous beach restaurants. Venturing further afield to golf courses, water parks, vineyards, and many other attractions, all within a short drive of the marina is accessible from your reserved parking space in the underground car park.

The neighborhood
Albufeira Marina is a bright, cheerful, and fun place to spend holidays with many excellent bars, cafes, restaurants, and activities! As well as being a well organised and equipped Marina for boat owners, there are many excursions and opportunities to learn to sail for all ages and abilities. This quality apartment is modern and colourful and offers excellent facilities and services all year round. Many of the properties enjoy the direct marina and sea views. Albufeira Old Town is only 15 minutes walk and the main beaches of Albufeira and São Rafael. Faro International Airport is 35 minutes drive.
Getting around
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often, and a (rental) car is recommended.
Other things to note
➤ Check-in time: 6 - 9pm. Check in after 9pm must be discussed before booking and might result in extra charges of 30-50 euros to be paid at arrival, depending on the arrival time.
➤ Check-out time: before 10 am

Il manque beaucoup de comodités/équipements. Les équipements de cuisine n’était pas très propre et peu nombreux. Il manquait des essuies-tout, des sacs de poubelle de rechange, des papiers de rouleaux de toilette. Les salles de bain et leur douche ne sont pas top top (enjeu de probleme d’eau chaude, mais rapidement reglé).

The apartment is in a very central location and even though it was above all the restaurants and cafes it was very quiet at night time. Easy accessible garage. The host was very informative and friendly and communication was excellent.

There were some additional touches which made our stay perfect, such a a thoughtful bottle of water already in the fridge, some red wine and a few condiments that others often forget.
The marina is stunning with plenty to keep couples and families entertained.
We had a delightful stay and would happily recommend this gorgeous apartment.

The host Jacqui was extremely friendly and left us a nice welcoming package.
The apartment was very comfortable and clean.
The pool area had only 10 chairs so you could not be guarantee a seat .

The property is close to all amenities- 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants and children’s games are all directly below the apartment.
It is a great area and very quiet of an evening/morning.
The pool is a good size although it is not temperature controlled and was a little chilly.
We had to vacate the apartment by 10am but unfortunately there was nowhere to store our luggage or have a shower. Jacqueline offered for us to leave it in her parking space but this wasn’t secure and we could not gain access to the building without the keycard to do this.
Shower in the main bathroom does not drain and pillows have lost all firmness.

Die Wohnung ist soweit gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr groß. Größer als wir gedacht haben.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett.
Negativ:
In der Wohnung hat man theoretisch auch alles was man braucht, aber es ist halt nicht alles zu nutzen. Die Waschmaschine war drinnen sehr verdreckt, sowie generell die gesamte Elektronikausstattung. Die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

La propriétaire était très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le boiler (ce qui peut arriver) mais la propriétaire a fait son maximum pour venir le réparer au plus vite. Nous avons même pu profiter d'une place de parking intérieur.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Logement à réserver les yeux fermés.
Spacieux, propre, lumineux, décoré avec goût… situé au milieu de la côte de l’Algarve donc très pratique pour visiter tout (1h à l’ouest, 1h a l’est).
30 minutes de l’aéroport donc idéal aussi.
Grottes de Benagil en bateau à prendre juste en dessous de la terrasse 🤩 impeccable…
Et avec une réduction grâce à Jacqueline!
Franchement, super séjour. On reviendra.

Inside the apartment is modern, comfortable and bright. Good beds, showers etc.

Jacqueline was a great host - she made sure we had everything we needed, including bringing us a fan when the living room was too warm!

I can’t say that there was anything we didn’t like about the apartment. The only issue is the garbage in the garage, there were no recycling containers we had to take the recycling to the bins in the Marina. This is not anything that Jacqueline can be responsible for that’s with the property management

We were welcomed by the owner Jacqeline who is wonderful. She was helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. The property managers were also very responsive when we extended our stay.
We would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended.

Apartment was well decorated as it shows on the listing the two balcony’s were nice to sit out with the sun morning till evening, in side free Wi-Fi 5G good for streaming and a nice tv. The kitchen was full of equipment which we utilised making meals, good size fridge and freezer. The hob and oven being electric the power needed restricted oven and hob bing used at the same time as it tripped the power. The apartment block outside was very clean, we had access to the pool area which included and sun beds, pool was nice but not heated.
The apartment location was great for the time of year for walkers and adventures who like to relax and unwind.
