This is the perfect retreat for two responsible couples or families without children, as the property doesn't cater specifically to kids and the residents hold quiet and respectful behaviour of all guests in high regard.

The bedrooms feature big and comfy single beds and direct access to a spacious balcony. The kitchen is furnished with state of the art appliances, providing the perfect space to prepare fresh Portuguese meals with ingredients from the local markets. Inside, this beautiful open-plan apartment is bathed in natural light. Every space in the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, electric blackout shutters, and ventilation for your utmost comfort. For digital nomads we have super fast WIFI and a there is a smart TV so you can relax in the evening and enjoy Netflix or other video apps that you might have.

While the inviting ocean is close by, you can also indulge in the refreshing waters of the condominium's outdoor swimming pool. Sun loungers are provided poolside for your relaxation.

The neighborhood

The central location of the apartment between beaches, shopping and the historic old town is perfect for those who want to be close to everything. The SuperEureka supermarket (550m.) and the large supermarket Intermarché (600m.) are very close by, while the main town square in the historic centre is only 15 minute walk. Even Lagos’ three most iconic beaches are within walking distance or just a short drive. The Ponte de Piedade, one of Portugal’s most photographed and stunning sea vistas and ideal jogging zone is only a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. In short, the apartment’s location is exceptional for any activity, allowing you to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer. For guests with cars, there is an underground parking space, a guest parking space in front of the building and ample parking space in nearby streets. The Boavista Golf range is only a 6-minute drive away.

Getting around

You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train, it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.

Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Uber's available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Other things to note

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9pm. Check-in after 9pm must be confirmed before booking and is not always possible. If possible an extra fee of 30 euros until 23:00 and 50 euros until 00:00 must be paid at arrival. No check-in after midnight.
➤ Check-out time: before 10am

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. Thi is a mandatory requirement.
